There are operators in the server all you need to do is to who is who!

From our scanning results we can see that there is an IRC service running on port 16667. We can use the irssi command or hexchat to connect to the server.

After connecting to the server, we can run the command /admin to get a list of admins.

then run /whois hds, the only problem here is when hds goes offline you can’t read hds’s info anymore, so you have to be quick or wait hds will become online.
